Buses and Ferries provided by the State Transit Authority service Newington and Wentworth Point. Newington, Wentworth Point is well serviced. In general these buses provide quick and easy access to Strathfield, Parramatta, Lidcombe, Olympic Park Station etc.
Trains run from Olympic park station which is a short walk from either Wentworth Point or Newington and buses also run to this station. See above. Trains are also accessible from Strathfield station, Lidcombe station and Auburn station, all accessible from Newington and Wentworth Point.
